What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Each charter comes with a qualified crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. The specifics, such as premium snacks and non-alcoholic drinks for sunset tours or equipped conference spaces and tailored catering for business charters, depend on the service type.
How far in advance should I book?
We advise securing a booking 2–3 weeks prior to your planned date, or more in the high season from May to September. For business functions or private celebrations, reserving 4–6 weeks ahead offers increased availability and customization options.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our foremost concern. In the event that adverse weather leads our captain to deem conditions unsafe, we will propose an alternative date or issue a total refund. We routinely monitor the weather forecasts and will reach out to you if questionable conditions arise within 24 hours prior to departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks onboard. Though, we also supply an excellent catering service that can personalize your menu. For safety measures, no glass containers are allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to cater to all our guests' needs. Some yachts in our fleet are designed with better accessibility features than others. For specific requirements, please reach out to us during reservation and we will direct you to the most appropriate vessel and ensure any necessary arrangements are made.
What is your cancellation policy?
For cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance, a full refund is provided. Cancellations occurring between 24–72 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours of departure will not be refunded, with exceptions for cancellations due to unsafe weather conditions or yacht malfunctions on our part.
